| Hanan Luss is a Senior Scientist at
Telcordia Technologies and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.
From 1973 to 1998, he was at AT&T Bell Laboratories and AT&T
Labs serving as the Technical Manager of the Operations Research
Studies Group. Hanan published over 65 papers in major refereed
journals on resource allocation, capacity planning, network
design, and other related topics. His applied work has primarily
