Brigitte Jaumard is a Professor in
the Department of Computer Science, Université de
Montréal where she holds a Canada Research Chair on the
Optimization of Communication Networks. She obtained a Ph.D. in
Computer Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure
des Télécommunications, Paris in 1986. She is the author
or coauthor of more than 150 research papers in mathematical
programming and combinatorial optimization, part of them with a focus
on the design or the management of various types of communication
networks.
